That stinks to feel sidelined. I always try to remind myself that God is preparing me for something. Any news on jumping in?

Jason, I was originally planning to put this blog on temporary leave; I figured that was a safe thing to do since over a month had passed since my last entry. But when I sat down to do it, I had an urge to use the wonderful little built-in iSight camera, and started messing around in iMovie. And that left me thinking that I am not ready to shut down blog one another, even temporarily.

GG, what, already? No, I am prepared to stay here for years. Thanks for the encouragement -- funny, someone at our church said the same thing to me yesterday morning.

When I feel sidelined, I remind myself of the verse that says "blessed are those who wait for Him." He can be found everywhere, especially in suffering, if we let him.

Thanks, Helen. A big change for us recently is that we no longer feel like we're not on talking terms with God. He is active in our lives -- we're just not active in anyone else's.
